Kinent is a fully localized creative tool that requires no user registration, no account login, and no identity verification of any kind. All core functions of the App, including image style redrawing, short video generation, video parameter customization and local work storage, can be used directly by all users without submitting any personal identification information.
We adhere to the core service principle of “local processing, zero sensitive data upload, full user privacy autonomy”. All creative processing behaviors are completed locally on your device, and we do not actively collect, upload, store or share any user personal data in the cloud.
Specifically, Kinent does not collect, store, process or access any user facial information in any scenario. The App will not scan, identify, extract or analyze facial features, facial data and any biometric information related to the user’s face, whether during image creation, video generation or local work saving. This rule applies to all usage scenarios of the App, including uploading local photos for creative processing and generating dynamic video works.
All data involved in the use of Kinent is only processed and stored locally on the user’s mobile device, and will not be transmitted to any external server or third-party platform. We only process the following non-sensitive user creative content authorized by you, and all processing behaviors are completely based on your independent operation and authorization.
When you use the App’s image-to-image and image-to-video functions, you may independently upload local photos and picture materials stored on your device. These uploaded image materials are only used for real-time creative rendering and style generation on your local device to complete your customized creative works. We do not automatically read, scan or obtain any local pictures on your device without your active upload operation.
At the same time, we do not collect any facial information contained in your uploaded pictures. Even if the uploaded photos contain facial elements, the App only performs overall style conversion, frame optimization and dynamic rendering of the entire picture, and will not independently identify, extract, store or analyze facial information in the pictures, and all facial related content will not be acquired or recorded by us in any form.
To complete personalized creation, you may independently input English prompt words to define the style, effect and presentation form of creative works. All prompt content you input is only cached locally on your device to match the local AI generation algorithm and complete content creation. We will not record, store, analyze or upload your prompt content, and such content will only take effect in your current local creation process without any permanent collection or external transmission.
You can independently customize creative parameters such as video aspect ratio, video duration, creative style (including cinematic style, anime style, realistic style and other optional styles) in the App. All parameter setting data are only saved locally on your device to facilitate your subsequent reuse and parameter adjustment. We do not collect any of your customized parameter information, and will not count, analyze or share your creative parameter preferences.
In the whole parameter setting and creation process, we always do not collect any user facial information, and all parameter settings are only for the overall creative effect of pictures and videos, independent of facial feature identification and processing.
All creative works generated by you through the App (including redrawn style images and customized dynamic short videos) will be automatically saved in the local work library of your device. The local work library is completely independent and private to you, and only you can preview, view, reuse, share and export these works. We have no authority to access, view, obtain or save your local creative works, and will not collect any content information of your works.
Even if the creative works contain facial elements, we do not collect, extract or retain any user facial information in the works, and all facial content only exists locally on your device and is completely controlled by you.
All data and creative content generated during your use of Kinent are 100% stored locally on your personal device, and no data will be synchronized to any cloud server or third-party storage platform. We do not set up any background data collection and upload program, and all data processing and storage behaviors are completely controlled by the user independently.
You have full autonomous management rights over all local data of the App. You can independently preview, reuse, delete, share and export the creative works in the local work library at any time, and you can also clear the App’s local cache and creative data through the device system settings. After you delete local works or cache data, the corresponding content will be completely cleared on your device, and we cannot recover or view any deleted content.
During the whole data storage and management process, we never collect, store or obtain user facial information in any form. All local data storage only targets the overall creative works and operation data, and does not involve independent collection and processing of user facial biometric information.
Kinent will never share, disclose, transmit or sell any user-related data to any third-party individuals, enterprises or institutions. Since we do not actively collect any user personal information, creative content information and device information, there is no data sharing or disclosure behavior in the whole service process.
The sharing function provided by the App is a pure local operation function. When you take the initiative to share your creative works to social platforms or other channels, the sharing behavior is completely initiated and operated by you independently. We will not synchronize or obtain the works you share, and will not collect any information generated during your sharing process.
Meanwhile, in no sharing scenario will we collect user facial information, and we are not responsible for any privacy risks caused by your active sharing of works.
Kinent does not access, integrate or invoke any third-party service plug-ins, third-party data statistics tools or third-party cloud service interfaces. All core functions, algorithm operations and data storage of the App are completed independently locally, without any third-party participation. There is no situation where third parties collect or process user data through our App.
We strictly restrict all potential data collection behaviors. Throughout the use of the App, there is no background data monitoring, no user behavior tracking, no personal information crawling, and absolutely no collection of user facial information. All user privacy protection work is independently completed by our App’s internal mechanism, without relying on any third party.
Since Kinent adopts a no-account, fully localized service model, you have absolute and comprehensive control over all your privacy and creative content. You can freely choose to upload or not upload local images, and independently decide the content and style of creation. You can independently set and adjust all creative parameters, and modify or reset your creation preferences at any time.
You can independently manage all local creative works, including preview, reuse, export, share and permanent deletion. You can close the App at any time, and all un-saved creative content will not be automatically retained by the system. You can clear the App’s local cache through device settings to completely erase all temporary creative data.
We will not interfere with any of your independent operation behaviors, nor will we forcibly retain any of your creative data or personal information. It is repeatedly emphasized that we will never collect, store or process your facial information in any use link, and your facial privacy is completely protected and will not be acquired by the App in any form.
With the continuous optimization of App functions, we may appropriately update and adjust this Privacy Policy to adapt to service upgrades and functional iterations. All updated policy contents will be displayed in the latest version within the App. Users are recommended to check this policy regularly during daily use.
Any policy update will always adhere to the core principle of protecting user privacy, and will never add data collection behaviors, especially will never change the rule of not collecting user facial information. All optimization and iteration of App functions will always take local processing and zero sensitive data collection as the basic standard to fully guarantee user privacy security.
Kinent has always taken user privacy protection as the primary service criterion. The App’s no-account login, local data processing and zero sensitive data collection mechanisms are fixed service rules, which will not be changed arbitrarily in subsequent service operations.
We do not collect any user personal sensitive information throughout the whole process, and especially permanently do not collect, process, store or share any user facial information in all functional links including image creation, video generation, parameter setting, work storage and content sharing.
All services provided by the App are only for users’ independent creative production, and all data generated by the service is completely controlled by users themselves. We do not participate in any user data collection and utilization behavior, and fully protect every user’s creative privacy and personal information security.
